Submitting Student Report
How do I fill in the Student Report?
This article guides students on how to complete and submit the Student Report at the end of the MPA Global Internship Award (GIA) programme.
How to access the Student Report
- Log in to your Student account.
- Click on your name in the top navigation bar.
- Select MPA GIA Student Report from the dropdown.
Completing the Student Report
Fill in the required details in each section:
- General Information
- Internship Experience
- Write-Up
(You may include reflections on your learning experience, key takeaways, and how the internship has contributed to your personal and professional growth.) - Photo & Video Upload
Photo and video requirements for uploading
Video
- Submit a 30-second video in landscape mode, recorded during your internship (local or overseas).
- The video should be uploaded via the link provided by SMF.
- Accepted formats: MOV or MP4
- Please ensure that:
- You appear in the video
- The company logo is visible in at least one frame
Photos
- Submit a minimum of 2 high-resolution photos in JPEG format.
- Photos should be taken during your internship.
- Please include at least one photo of yourself, with the company logo visible in the photo
Review and submit
Before submitting:
- Review all your responses carefully
- Watch your uploaded video to ensure it plays correctly
Once submitted, you will not be able to edit your response.
You have now completed all required steps for the MPA GIA programme.
