You have now reached the final steps and will be required to fill in the Student Evaluation, here are the steps:
Step 1: Login to your Employer Account
Step 2: Click on your name with the dropdown and select MPA GIA Student Evaluation
Step 3: Fill in the details accordingly
- Company Information
- Intern's Performance
- Overall Rating & Feedback
- Qualitative Feedback
- Providing qualitative feedback for the intern who completed their internship with you is essential, especially if you are considering them for a full-time position in the future. Detailed feedback helps the student understand their strengths and areas for improvement, guiding their professional development. It also shows your commitment to their growth, fostering a positive relationship and increasing their motivation to join your team full-time.
