Submit Choices to GIA Administrators

This article guides companies on how to submit their preferred students for internship roles under the MPA Global Internship Award (GIA).

How the selection process works

After you submit your choices, the GIA administrators will review your submission. If there are any issues, they may contact you or reject your submission so that you can resubmit your choices. Once your submission is approved, you will not be able to make any further changes.

After approval, the GIA administrators will manage the official offer process. Offers will be released to students based on your stated preference order. If a student declines or withdraws, the next student in your ranked list will be considered.

How to submit your student choices

  1. Hover over your name on the top navigation bar.
  2. Click MPA GIA Shortlisted Students.
  3. Select 1 to 3 students by clicking the checkbox beside each student.

  4. Click Make Offer.

  5. From the dropdown list, select the role you intend to offer to the selected student(s).

  6. Rank the students in order of your offering preference using the dropdowns.

  7. Click Submit.

Once submitted, your choices will be sent to the GIA administrators for review and processing.
