Conduct Interviews

This article guides companies on how to message students and conduct video interviews.

Starting a conversation with a student

You can access a student’s profile from either the Search Students page or the Shortlisted Students page.

From Search Students

1. Hover over your name on the top navigation bar.
2. Click MPA GIA Search Students.
3. Click the View button on the relevant student card.
4. Click Message.
   

From Shortlisted Students

1. Hover over your name on the top navigation bar.
2. Click MPA GIA Shortlisted Students.
3. Click on the student’s name.
4. Click Message.
   

Sending messages and attachments

1. Type your message in the text box.
2. Click the Send icon to send your message.
3. To upload attachments, click the File icon.

Starting a video call

1. Click the Video Call icon.
   
   
2. If this is your first time accessing this page, a pop-up will appear requesting access to your camera and microphone.
3. Click Allow for both camera and microphone permissions.
   
   
4. Select your preferred Camera and Microphone.
   
   
5. Once your video and audio are working, click Connect to Chat.

Important tip

Make sure the correct camera and microphone are selected.
If you are using an external audio device, select it to ensure your sound works properly.
