Attend Interviews

This article guides students on how to view messages from employers, reply to them, and join video interviews under the MPA Global Internship Award (GIA).

Viewing messages from employers

A red dot on the chat icon in the top navigation bar indicates that you have a new message.

  1. Click the Chat icon to view your messages.

Sending messages and attachments

  1. Type your message in the text box.
  2. Click the Send icon to send your message.
  3. To upload attachments, click the File icon.

Joining a video interview

  1. Click the Video Call icon to start a call, or

  2. If the employer has already started a video call, click the link to enter the call.

Allowing camera and microphone access

  1. If this is your first time on this page, you may see a pop-up requesting access to your camera and microphone. Click Allow for both camera and microphone permissions.

  2. Select your preferred Camera and Microphone.

  3. Once your video and audio are working, click Connect to Chat now.

Important tip: Make sure the correct camera and microphone are selected.
If you are using an external audio device, select it to ensure your sound works properly.
