How to Submit a Ticket

If you encounter technical issues while using the MaritimeONE Career Portal, or require further technical assistance  you can reach our support team by submitting a ticket.

1. If you are on the chat widget, click on 'Submit a Ticket' from the menu

                            

2. If you are in the Knowledge Base, scroll down and click the Submit A Ticket button located at the bottom of the page.


3. Fill in the required details, including a clear description of your issue.

You may add multiple files, as long as they do not exceed 40MB in total.

4. Click Submit to send your ticket.

✅ Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 working days.

Tips for faster resolution

  • Provide a clear description of the issue.

  • Include any error messages you see.

  • Attach screenshots if possible.

  • Share your registered email address (if relevant).
