1. If you are on the chat widget, click on 'Submit a Ticket' from the menu
2. If you are in the Knowledge Base, scroll down and click the Submit A Ticket button located at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill in the required details, including a clear description of your issue.
You may add multiple files, as long as they do not exceed 40MB in total.
4. Click Submit to send your ticket.
✅ Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 working days.
