If you encounter issues while using the MaritimeONE Career Portal, you can reach our support team by submitting a ticket.
1. If you are on the MaritimeONE Career Portal, click the ? icon next to the Sign In button to open the Knowledge Base.
2. In the Knowledge Base, scroll down and click the Submit A Ticket button located at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill in the required details, including a clear description of your issue.
You may add multiple files, as long as they do not exceed 40MB in total.
4. Click Submit to send your ticket.
