Import Jobs in Bulk

Regularly posting job vacancies not only helps you attract top talent but also keeps your company visible and dynamic. By staying proactive in your hiring efforts, you will build a strong employer brand and quickly find the right candidates to drive your success.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. Upon successful login, you will land on your Wall Feed. Hover over My Jobs and select Manage Jobs. 

3. You will land on Jobs Management page. Click Import Job. 

4.  Follow the import instructions. First, download the Import Template. 

5. Fill in the required fields with job titles, descriptions, requirements, skills, and other necessary information. Refer to the sample rows in the file for guidance. Save the file. 

Double-check for completeness and accuracy. Make sure the file size is under 2MB.

6.  Click on the Choose File button and select the saved template from your computer. Then, click Upload to finish the process. 

The page will auto-refresh, and your job postings will be published.
